I'm Nick — a Registered Psychotherapist working with adults and couples across Canada, virtually.

I take a curious, collaborative approach to therapy. That means I won't just listen and nod. I'll gently, but honestly ask the questions that get underneath the surface - because that's where real change happens.

Together, we’ll uncover and explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and work toward a happier, more balanced way of living.

My role is to listen with care, offer perspective, and help you work toward goals that align with the changes you want in your life.
