I offer virtual therapy and online counselling across Ontario, helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

Together, we’ll uncover and explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and work toward a happier, more balanced way of living.

My role is to listen with care, offer perspective, and help you work toward goals that align with the changes you want in your life.

  • Relationships can be deeply rewarding—and deeply challenging. Whether you’re facing conflict, communication breakdowns, high-conflict dynamics, or separation, therapy offers a place to work through struggles together.

    Sessions focus on building understanding, repairing trust, and creating healthier patterns.

  • Trauma can leave lasting effects on how we feel, think, and relate to others. I support adults living with trauma or PTSD through evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and EFT. Therapy provides tools to process painful experiences safely and regain a sense of stability.

  • Grief can touch every part of life—whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another kind of loss. Online therapy provides space to honor your grief, express what feels heavy, and begin to move forward at your own pace with care and compassion.

  • Anxiety and depression can often show up together—worry, overthinking, exhaustion, low mood, or a loss of motivation. I offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and learn strategies to manage stress, lift mood, and feel more balanced day to day.

  • Big life changes—becoming a parent, divorce, career shifts, or health challenges—can be overwhelming. Therapy offers guidance and support to help you adjust, manage stress, and navigate uncertainty with greater clarity and resilience.

  • Addiction impacts both the individual and those who love them. I provide counselling for adults working through addiction as well as support for family members affected by a loved one’s struggles. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building healthier coping strategies, and moving toward recovery.
